As of the 29th July, Smiths News will be moving returns processing from Wednesday to Saturday, instead of the current arrangement which is Tuesday to Friday for stores in Hemel Hempstead.
A trade letter will be sent out to stores in the Hemel area tomorrow alongside your newspapers in the totes.
You will see no difference to when you receive your returns credits at the end of the week, however you may notice that your returns will appear a day later on your paperwork due to this new processing schedule.
Please ensure you plan your voucher returns carefully to ensure this doesn’t have an impact on the time that you receive your voucher credit.
