On Saturday 26th September’s, tomorrow’s, national and regional newspapers there will be a special wrap -around cover produced by the UK Government.
This will only apply to England and Wales – Scotland and Ireland will not carry this advertising.
Usual content will be inside each of the newspapers, although they will look different, they should be treated as standard.
The newspaper masthead and barcode will be clear on the front page and there will be no change to price or retail terms.
A letter with this relevant information will be sent to retailers tonight, apart from those excluded.
