The Fed’s Contact Centre can do so much for members; our team of friendly and experienced advisers are just a phone call away and are always on hand to offer advice and support to ensure your business is as successful as possible.

Open 7 days a week, we are here to help you get your voice heard or to put you in touch with those who can. If you have a complaint about your news wholesaler which you feel is falling on deaf ears, The Fed’s Contact Centre can act as the bridge between you and them to ensure that your complaint is dealt with effectively and efficiently. Due to our interventions in the past, members have saved over £800,000 – and in a recent survey 92% of members who responded said they would happily use us again.
