Our colleagues at the Scottish Business Resilience Centre have developed an innovative training and awards programme for retailers.
Designed to deliver certificated bespoke training to both managers and staff, the award encompasses a three-tier structure, with each successfully completed tier resulting in a Bronze, Silver or Gold certificate.
All three tiers are specifically tailored to meet the needs of the individual establishment and are delivered by seconded members of Police Scotland.
You are invited to a FREE virtual training session completion which will achieve the Bronze Level Award on the 22nd February 10:30 – 12:00.

- Personal Safety
- Crime Trends and Techniques
- Identification of Offenders
- Conflict Management
- Reasonable Force
- The Law
