Menzies’ commitment to best in class customer service has been recognised with accreditation from the CCA Global Accreditation for Customer Experience for an incredible 12th consecutive year.

Menzies’ Customer Service Centre is led by Fiona Campbell, winner of last year’s prestigious NMA Unsung Hero Award for her unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service to customers.

Fiona and the team handle customer enquiries through all channels including; telephone, email and i-Menzies. Courtesy, problem solving and productivity are underpinned by a clear set of standards and processes that were recently subject to a rigorous assessment process that evaluated Menzies against eight modules, covering various aspects such as Organisational Strategy, Business Policies and Frameworks, and Digital Systems. This thorough evaluation also included an in-depth onsite assessment, anonymous staff surveys, and one-on-one interviews.

The assessment report highlighted the robust support and management structure, coupled with a positive staff survey return rate that underpins the friendly, focussed and supportive working environment. In addition, Menzies evidenced it has established a strong foundation for continuous improvement, ensuring that customers remain at the heart of the business and their expectations are met.

The achievement of 12 consecutive years of accreditation is testament to the collective effort and dedication of the Linwood based customer service team and their priority of delivering excellence in customer service.

If retailers have any queries, concerns or feedback – the team are on hand to help and can be reached through all the usual channels.
