These are unprecedented times with all sectors of the food supply chain facing different challenges and the NFRN is aware that some members are experiencing product availability issues from suppliers, wholesalers or cash and carries. If you are having problems sourcing certain goods, or if your deliveries are inconsistent, we want to hear about them so we can raise them with the companies concerned and seek a resolution.
Such instances should be reported through NFRN Connect on 0800 121 6376 (free from a landline), 020 7017 8880 or 01 453 5822 from the Republic of Ireland or by emailing contactus@nfrn.org.uk. We will need the name of the company concerned, the wholesale depot/ location and a brief description of the issue.
