The NFRN have helped businesses by drafting a letter, agreement, instructions and a FAQ on Furlough leave and the Coronavirus Job Support Scheme.
Furlough is voluntary and must be discussed and agreed before this letter and agreement is prepared and sent.
The NFRN would suggest members have this checked by their own legal representatives as we would accept no liability for claims arising from it’s use.
