During Friday 21 January’s EuroMillions draw, there will be more than one hundred chances to become a millionaire. This presents an amazing opportunity to promote the event, upsell, and increase your lottery ticket sales.

Players in Ireland who purchase a ticket for the EuroMillions draw on Friday will automatically be entered into the EuroMillions Raffle for the chance to be selected as one of a guaranteed 100 winners of €1 million.

This is in addition to the main EuroMillions game where players have the chance to win the jackpot and other prizes, and the Ireland Only Raffle where 10 players in Ireland are guaranteed to win €5,000.

The European Millionaire Maker raffle is a Europe-wide event, with all nine participating countries included in the big prize draw.

The counties participating in the raffle are Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.

All EuroMillions tickets bought in both Ireland and the UK will include a unique code for each line played. These unique Raffle codes will then be automatically included in the EuroMillions 100 Millionaires Raffle Draw, along with raffle codes from each of the other seven participating EuroMillions lotteries.

On the night of the draw, customers in Ireland can win on the Ireland Only raffle, EuroMillions 100 Millionaires raffle, and on the main EuroMillions draw. Results will be published on the website, along with the EuroMillions winning numbers.

There have only been two other European Millionaire Maker draws in EuroMillions history, one in October 2016 and one in February 2018. Each time there were 25 winning codes, and so far, the UK has had eight winners out of a total of 50. With 100 prizes on offer in January, the UK could be celebrating a lot more than that.
