Yesterday (Wednesday, March 16), several members of the Fed team attended the Booker Trade show in Doncaster to speak to members and spread the word about the amazing work the Federations does for independent retailers.
At the event held at the Doncaster racecourse, the team generated sign-ups and spoke to many potential new members, informing them of the unmissable deals that come as standard of membership.
They also spoke to current members of the Fed who were all happy to stop and have a chat. It left the team with lots of leads to follow up with once they returned to the office, with many of the members interested in taking advantage of great deals with Fuelwise and the Credit Union.
Members at the event also got the chance to meet Stuart Hale, the Fed’s new COO in person for the first time since he joined the Federation.
This year, due to the plethora of events planned for those involved in the independent retail and convenience sectors, The Fed aims to attend as many as possible. Events like the Booker Trade show are great opportunities to speak to many current members and potentially gain some more.
Keep an eye out for the Fed at an event near you!
