This month sees the launch of our Instagram page, bringing stories about our amazing members, benefits of membership and images from our many events.

Instagram is an image based social media platform that many businesses use to showcase their store, products,
and special offers.

You can find our new page by searching @The_Fed_NFRN on Instagram. Be sure to follow us to see all our posts on your feed.

Explaining the rationale behind the launch, head of marketing Natalie Nichol said: “Instagram is a great platform to showcase your business to the local and wider community. You can share new products, take photos of your great displays, add videos, and share special offers. Using #hashtags is a way to really focus in on your marketing efforts, so remember to # your main message in your posts. Instagram is a free social media platform, so take advantage of its great reach.”

To ensure your Instagram posts are showcased on our page, tag us in your photos and use the hashtag #TheFed. This means we can quickly find your images and share them with our other followers.

If you’re not already on Instagram, you can share your images and stories by emailing them to marketing@nfrn. Use this email address if you need help in using Instagram or any other social platforms.

Remember to follow @The_Fed_NFRN. You don’t want to miss out on all the amazing content. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Tips for using Instagram

  • Using hashtags in your captions will make your posts searchable. Keep them relevant to the image you are posting.
  • When sharing an image of a product, tag the brand in the post so the manufacturer can see it. This helps you to build a good rapport with a brand and your post could be shared on its page, so all its followers will see it.
  • Don’t forget about Instagram stories. This allows you to share multiple videos and photos taken throughout the day. Like Snapchat stories, this slideshow reel of photos and videos will disappear after 24 hours, allowing you to share images without having to keep them on your Instagram profile.
