Members are praising Commercial Plus yet again for providing a first-class service when they needed it most.

Barry Frost, Managing Director of Commercial Plus, has gone above and beyond his call of duty to assist members on all aspects of finance and commercial property.

One NFRN member, who owns Good News Store in Burton-on-Trent, contacted Commercial Plus when he began having issues with the landlord of the shop that he was vacating.

He said: “I was in the process of moving the shop from one premises to another and began having issues with my landlord, who was refusing to repay my deposit.

“I decided to give Commercial Plus a call after finding out about the service on the NFRN’s website.

“Barry was incredibly helpful and straight to the point.

“I’d definitely recommend Commercial Plus to other NFRN members.”

After discussing his landlord issues with Commercial Plus, Barry put him in touch with Steve Russell of CJR Design Solutions to discuss the layout of his new store.

He continued: “Steve was really helpful and not pushy when discussing my store layout.

“If I had known about him when I did my first store, I’d have asked him for advice then, too.”

Manjinder (Marty) Uppal of Fixby Stores in Huddersfield contacted Commercial Plus for advice about refrigerators and funding.

He said: “Barry was extremely helpful, polite and gave a great service.

“I’d definitely recommend Commercial Plus to other members.”

Barry also put Marty through to Steve for advice. Due to lockdown restrictions, Steve decided to give him the contact information for the refrigeration manufacturer to save time.

Marty continued: “Steve from CJR Design Solutions was very helpful and gave an excellent service.”
