The Federation is reminding its members to enter this year’s members survey to be in with a chance of winning £500 or five prizes of £100 for each completed entry.

To better help its members, the Federation needs to understand their businesses and the challenges that they face.

The Fed Insights is how we do this.

This year’s survey includes questions about the impact of Covid-19, retail crime and planning for the future.

NFRN’s National President Stuart Reddish said: “Through our surveys, both regular and in response to events, we want to know what is impacting our members’ businesses, what we can do to help and where they see the industry developing.

“With the highly-challenging and unprecedented nature of 2020 due to Covid-19, this year’s survey is one of, if not the most, important surveys to date.

“Participants also have the opportunity to win a top prize of £500 or five prizes of £100 for each completed entry.”
