After 100 years, predominantly in London, the NFRN has relocated its head office to new premises in Durham where we will be joined by our colleagues from NFRN Connect, NFRN direct and our administration department.

Our new address is Ground Floor East Suite, Bede House, Belmont Business Park, Durham DH1 1TW.

A skeleton staff will remain in London and at the same time are relocating to smaller offices in nearby Angel Gate.

There is no change to our helpline number or email address, so if you have an issue you want to raise with the NFRN Connect team please call 0800 121 6376 (free from a landline) or 020 7017 8880 from a mobile or email contactus@nfrn.org.uk. If you are calling from the Republic of Ireland please dial 01 453 5822.

Commenting on the move, National President Stuart Reddish said: “This heralds a new chapter in the proud history of the NFRN and will ensure that the Federation continues to provide value for money and reflects our commitment to providing high quality support and services to our members.”
