The NFRN has been informed that Menzies Distribution is currently experiencing technical issues with their customer service phone lines.
If you have any issues with your Menzies delivery, please use iMenzies or contact NFRN Connect on 0800 121 6376.
They are currently not receiving any calls into their customer service centre.
There is a limited number of homeworkers who are available to take calls from their homes, but many customers will find that they cannot get through.
Menzies Distribution’s IT department is working on this issue now and are hopeful that it will be resolved soon.
