National Elections
If you are a district councillor and are interested in standing for one of the NFRN’s key national positions, you must complete and return an application form to our Durham head office by January 31 2022.
At this year’s Annual Conference in Birmingham, which runs from Monday June 20 to Tuesday June 21 2022, the following key national officials will be elected:
National President
National Vice President
National Deputy Vice President
National Trustee (three-year term)
To apply for one of these positions, you must complete and sign a National Declaration form (see below) which must be returned to our Bede House, Durham head office by January 31 2022.
National Council Elections
This form should also be used by any district councillor who is interested in representing their district on the NFRN’s national council.
National council elections will take place during each district’s Annual General Meeting. The form and the required supporting documentation should be sent to head office by the following deadlines:
Scotland – March 8 2022
Northern – February 8 2022
Yorkshire – February 16 2022
North West – March 8 2022
East of England – February 8 2022
West Midlands – March 1 2022
Wales – February 1 2022
South West – January 27 2022
London – March 3 2022
South East – January 31 2022
Northern Ireland – February 7 2022
Ireland – February 9 2022
