The NFRN has been advised by Menzies Distribution that because of some positive Covid cases in its Customer Services Centre, high absence levels may impact upon call response times.
To mitigate this, the news wholesaler is enabling more advisors to work from home, while and all team managers will support on incoming calls to help reduce queuing times.
