We have been made aware that several members have received a letter from Smiths News regarding proposed changes to their RDT times.
Having had conversations with the NFRN about the letter, Smiths have understood concerns that its wording may cause unnecessary confusion to retailers and advised that they will review its contents accordingly to ensure clarity.
Smiths have advised that any member who has received the letter today can ignore it.
The NFRN will continue its discussions on this matter and further updates will be posted in due course.
This is an update to the early post which can be found here.
