The Fed is aware of severe issues with news distribution this morning, impacting areas in the North of England. Wholesalers’ interactive voice recordings (IVRs) have been updated with the latest information but significant delays of up to three to four hours are expected in Newcastle, Stockton, Nottingham and Sheffield. This is due to significant disruption with the road network.
As a result of these issues. the Fed Contact Centre is experiencing a higher volume of calls at present than usual. We would request that members remain patient when trying to speak with us and call with any non-urgent issues later in the day. The team can also be reached via email at contactus@nfrn.org.uk.
