Today (Tuesday, 21 September 2021), the NFRN celebrates 12 retailers who have gone above and beyond for their local community at the Shop Local Shop Little Heroes Awards luncheon.

The luncheon is being held at the Ritz this afternoon and is sponsored by Boost Drinks, Mondelez International, and Booker Group.

It will begin at noon with a drink reception for all retailers, sponsors, and special guests to mingle and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Everyone will then move to the Marie Antoinette Suite, where National President Stuart Reddish will give a welcome speech before three finalists are announced.

Each finalist will receive £100s of stock from Mondelez, £100s of stock from Boost, and a £100 voucher from the NFRN.

Once the finalists are announced, lunch will be served.

To end the event, the MPs in attendance will make a brief speech, followed by some closing words from Stuart Reddish.

It is set to be a wonderful day of celebration for everyone in attendance.

While we are only celebrating 12 shop superstars who have gone above and beyond during the Coronavirus crisis, every independent retailer should be proud of themselves for their hard work over the pandemic and beyond.
