In light of the Coronavirus outbreak, the National Lottery have updated retailers about the £20M ‘Must Be Won’ Lotto event and changes to their Scratchcards.

“Due to the exceptional circumstances we now find ourselves in, we are temporarily changing the way we range our Scratchcards.

This means games will no longer launch on specific dates, but will instead launch on a game-by-game basis according to weekly sales and activations.

We will continue to update the Scratchcard schedule with live games and will send it to you whenever there are any changes.

We will no longer be running the £20M ‘Must Be Won’ Lotto event planned for Wednesday 8th April. It doesn’t feel right to ask you, our retailers, to support this event given all the other challenges you are currently managing in light of Covid -19.  A Lotto draw will be held with a jackpot reflective of the natural roll series.

Point of sale material due to arrive in store on 1st April WILL NOT BE SENT so please keep using kit currently in place.

We are continuing to run a good service on our Retailer Hotline so please contact us if you are experiencing any difficulties.

Deliveries to your stores with Scratchcards and consumables will continue as we monitor the situation with Parcelforce.

Keep safe and well “
