The Federation of Independent Retailers (NFRN) opposes the NMA’s decision for a 30-minute cut-off extension for the England vs Albania World Cup Qualifier.
This cut-off extension will have an impact on newspaper distribution on Saturday, November 13.
Concerns over the disturbance to newspapers deliveries and the necessity of the extension versus the sales reward were put forward by the NFRN at a Press Distribution Forum meeting on Wednesday, November 10. We are currently working on solutions that will ensure better decisions are made in the future.
If you have any queries regarding the cut off extension, Smiths News and Menzies have both advised that you should ring their customer services team on your usual numbers.
