The Times have confirmed price changes to their Monday – Friday and Saturday editions from Monday 28th December 2020.
This will result in and an extra £19.6m through retailers’ tills over the next 12 months, and an additional £4.1m in retail margin.
The Sunday Times in the Republic of Ireland will also see a cover price increase of 20c, effective from Sunday 3rd January 2021.
These moves are in contrast to that of Reach which has announced its latest cover price rises will be accompanied with a cut to retailers’ margins. Read the full article here!
National President Stuart Reddish has confirmed that the NFRN will be making the strongest possible representation to Reach against the margin cuts.
