Payzone has provided the NFRN with details of its contingency plans to ensure that there is a minimum disruption to its services, during the recent Coronavirus outbreak.
To ensure that any disruption to Payzone services are limited, they have established a dedicated Response Team to coordinate their ongoing response to COVID-19 as it develops.
Therefore Payzone have introduced the following contingency plans to help protect businesses and ensure that their customer still have access to essential bill payment services.
What you will need to know:
- Payzone terminals will work as usual and transactions can still be carried out.
- If your store has to be closed due to the Coronavirus please contact their helpdesk on 01606 566 566 or email email@example.com
- Making us aware of your store closure will allow us to inform your customers by temporarily removing your store locator.
- If you reopen your store following a closure, please again get in contact with Payzone.
In the meantime, follow the guidelines given by the NHS and Public Health England in relation to maintaining hygiene standards.
