The National Lottery Operator, Camelot, has announced that the rewards programme is being temporarily suspended.

The announcement:

Firstly we would like to thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times. You will have seen in previous communications that our Retail Sales Executives are no longer visiting stores due to Covid-19.”

“As a result of visits not being carried out in the usual way, we are not recording Site, Stock, Sell scores currently, and so have paused our rewards programme for the time being.”

“The Retail Sales Team will resume visiting your store when the current restrictions on movement have been eased and the government has advised it is safe to do so. We will continue to stay in touch through our usual communications channels to let you know when store visits resume and our rewards programme and bonus events are live.”

HOW TO REDEEM REWARDS*

Please remember that any rewards you have previously earned through Site, Stock, Sell can still be redeemed. It’s really easy to do:
Click ‘claim your reward’ on the home page
Click ‘transfer funds’ – the money will be available to spend on your card within 24 hours
