The National Lottery have released an update on the March/April scratchcard game closure.

They will be removing all scratchcard returns charges for games that were closed in the March/April 2020 scratchcard game closure.

In total 32 games are being affected by this, the full list of games can be found Here or from your National Account Manager. Camelot will be removing these games from your inventory and when safe to do so your local RSE will pick up the games from your store.

What you need to do:

  • Check the March/April 2020 game closure list
  • Remove closed games from sale
  • Safely store the full un-activated packs in your store
  • Do not destroy or attempt to return these games to Camelot

When it is safe to do so, the Retail Sales Team will pick up the closed packs. No partial packs will be picked up, in line with the normal Scratchcard Returns Process.
