As Camelot continue to monitor Government guidelines, all Retail Sales Executives (RSEs) will pause all visits to National Lottery retailers with immediate effect until 12 February 2021.
Camelot take the safety and wellbeing of all employees and National Lottery retail partners as a top priority.
This comes as Scotland’s First Minister announced on Wednesday tighter restrictions in Scotland.
The team at Camelot will be contacting retail partners over the phone to support Site, Stock, Sell planned game events in February and March, and to offer tips and support, including the safest way to sell The National Lottery
Scratchcards, Point of Sale material and consumables continue to be dispatched as normal. Parcelforce is also operating as normal; however, Royal Mail has reported slight delays to its service in some areas.
