Following England entering a second lockdown from today, 5th November, the Camelot Retail Team have worked through plans to safeguard their staff and retailers, while abiding national and local regulations.

From today until Wednesday 2nd December, or until the restrictions are lifted, the Retail Sales Executive (RSEs) in England will pause all visits to National Lottery retailers.

The wellbeing of staff and retailers remains the number one priority.

RSEs will continue to support retailers remotely via phone and email, with the Retailer Hotline remaining open.

There is currently no impact on deliveries to stores regarding scratchcards, Point of Sale materials and consumables. This will be monitored with Parcelforce and retailers will be informed of any changes.

For retailers who haven’t already had their scratchcards collected by an RSE, there will be a change to the current returns process, there will be an update on this shortly.

RSEs will continue visiting stores in Scotland with enhanced safety measures. For those in Wales and Northern Ireland, store visits will be resumed once local lockdown restrictions have been lifted.
