Camelot have outlined how face-to-face store visits from their Retail Sales Executives (RSEs) will be affected by the current government guidance across each UK nation.

In England the RSEs will begin carrying out face-to-face store visits again from Tuesday 24th November, following enhanced safety measures. While in store, they will collect any remaining full, unactivated scratchcard packs that sit within the September 2020 game closure.

In Wales and Scotland, RSEs will continue to visit stores, while following enhanced safety measures.

In Northern Ireland, in-store visits will continue from the week commencing the 23rd November. Following the latest Northern Irish announcements, the field operations team in this region will be reviewed from the 27th November onwards.
