Camelot have recognised a small typeface inconsistency in GAME 1215 Triple Cashword Purple £3 Scratchcard and have therefore stopped distribution and new packs can no longer be activated.

This will not affect prizes or prize payments and any scratchcards that have already been activated and are on sale can continue to be sold.

Any unactivated packs will be arranged to be collected, stores are being advised to keep these in a safe place.

Stores are to refer to the planogram on their terminal, if it instructs them to double face, they should not activate a new pack, use stock which is already activated to fill the gap indicated on the planograms. A replacement for the game will be in store as soon as possible.

If you have any further queries contact the Retailer Hotline on 0800 8 40 50 60.
