Following yesterdays announcement (19th October 2020) that Wales will enter into a ‘firebreak’ lockdown from Friday 23rd October until Monday 9th November, the Camelot Retail Team have set out plans to safeguard their business, while abiding by national and local regulations.

These measures mean that ‘non-essential’ shops in Wales will be closed, while essential shops can remain open. Camelot have made the decision that their Retail Sales Executives (RSEs) in Wales will not be visiting retailers during this period. RSEs will continue to support retailers remotely via phone and email, and with the Retailer Hotline service.

Currently, there is no impact on deliveries to stores in regards to Scratchcards, Point of Sale material and consumables, although the situation will be monitored with Parcelforce and you will be informed of any changes.
