Eligibility<br \/>\nParticipants must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be a Fed member, family members or friends of Fed members, Fed staff, or suppliers who have an existing business relationship with the Fed<\/li>\n<li>be aged 18 or over;<\/li>\n<li>provide accurate contact details when entering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Fed reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming any winner.<\/p>\n<p>3. Entry Period<\/p>\n<p>The prize draw closes at 11:59pm, 18 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.<\/p>\n<p>4. Prizes<\/p>\n<p>The Fed reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>5. Winner Selection<\/p>\n<p>Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.<\/p>\n<p>The draw will take place on 19th June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The draw will be carried out fairly and transparently by authorised Fed staff.<\/p>\n<p>The Fed\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.<\/p>\n<p>6. Winner Notification<\/p>\n<p>Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry or held on their Fed membership record.<\/p>\n<p>The Fed will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner by phone and email.<\/p>\n<p>If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 60 days, or is found to be ineligible, The Fed reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.<\/p>\n<p>7. Claiming Prizes<\/p>\n<p>Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of membership and any other information reasonably required to confirm their purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of the winner being notified.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in the prize being forfeited.<\/p>\n<p>8. Publicity<\/p>\n<p>By entering the prize draw, entrants acknowledge that The Fed may publish or make available information confirming that a valid award took place. This may include the winner\u2019s surname, business name, county or region, unless the winner objects or there is a valid reason not to publish this information.<\/p>\n<p>UK promotional marketing rules generally require promoters to either publish or make available information showing that a valid award took place, while also protecting winners\u2019 privacy.<\/p>\n<p>The Fed may request permission to use winners\u2019 names, photographs, business names or comments for reasonable promotional purposes. Winners are not required to agree to additional publicity beyond what is necessary to demonstrate that the prize draw was fairly administered.<\/p>\n<p>9. Limitation of Liability<\/p>\n<p>The Fed will not be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received;<\/li>\n<li>technical issues affecting entry submission;<\/li>\n<li>incorrect contact details provided by entrants;<\/li>\n<li>prizes that are delayed, lost or damaged due to third-party delivery services;<\/li>\n<li>circumstances beyond its reasonable control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.<\/p>\n<p>10.
